insalation ?

do u have to put the insalation under the hood? do i really need it??

it's also good for starting a fire when a mouse gets into there and uses it to make a nest on top of your exauast manifolds.....I pulled mine off after that incedent.....wow...that was a long time ago...I haven't had manifolds on mine since '98
