Relocating CTS?

Relocating CTS?
Sorry, but not really sure where to post this...
If I were to relocate the CTS into one of the heads, would it heat up faster, causing the ecm to attain closed loop faster too?

Closed loop is really more of an exhaust temp question. I'm not sure exactly how its determined, but if the ECM tries to go into closed loop before the O2 sensor is hot enough then it wont get a proper reading.
