Pertty vague. Which specific models are you considering and what is the general setup.
Further, why have you narrowed it to only these two manufcaturers?

I'm with Trevor... you are too vauge for us to give you a good answer. Whats been done to your 350? What do you want it to do? Daily driver? Race car? Why have you narrowed it down to those two, and ditched (for example) AFR, GM Perf Parts, World...?

its in my 86 camaro flat top hyperpnuematic pistons 9.5:1 with 64cc heads. its a street car that is a daily driver but also i want some power. its got a small cam, aluminum intake and 750 carb. i was looking into going vortec but decided to keep it original and stay with the conventional design. i've heard nothing but good things from people with the trick flow and edelbrock heads. i like the trick flow heads alot but just wanted some input from other people.

If your keeping a small cam, say under .470 of lift, I'd go vortec. Real cheap and about the same amount of power, sometimes more, under 5k rpms as "expensive heads". If you think you might really build this motor up sometime in the relatively near future, trick flow.

I agree that the smaller trick flows are far superior to the likes of the RPM head. What is your budget for heads?

The only thing with the IK200 is its a 200cc port and for a small cam 350 it may not be the best match. Remember its about getting the best flow through the smallest port.
Hydraulic roller 234/238@.050 .574/.584 w/Comp 1.6 rockers.
For example in the Super Chevy's "Danger Mouse" series with this cam they did the e-tec 200's, then the e-tec 170's, and then the Brodix RR180's. All with the same cam but different intakes and the 170's beat them all. The motor was a 355. Raw flow numbers can be highly deceptive when it comes down to performance.
The e-tec 170 heads made 485hp and 456lbs of torque.

I'VE READ THAT SAME ISSUE I. I LIKE THE TRICK FLOW HEADS ALOT BUT THE ONLY CATCH FOR ME IS THAT I PUT ON A SET OF HEADERS THAT I WILL NEED TO SWAP IF I USE THE TRICK FLOWS DUE TO THE D SHAPE EXHAUST PORT.
