Driver side floor leak

I dont know where else to post this but whenever it rains hard, and if my car is parked on a hill with the front of the car tilted down, i will find a puddle on the driver side floor by the pedals. Especially lately since its been raining 3 days straight. If I park it with the front of the car uphill it doesnt leak or if i park at on a level street. Where could the leak come from?

At the bottom of the front windshield where the wipers sit ..there is a black grill or mesh cover. If you remove this look for a hole towards the front ..could be a rust hole or any kind of hole, it will have to be towards the front.I wanted to say the window was leaking but it would do it no matter what level the car was on.hope that helps...
