My front passenger wheel is makeing a popping noise. What can this be?

 

You need to provide more information, such as the car details. I take it from your name it's an 86 but what car/engine/tranny etc?

Is the popping speed dependent and regular? Or random? Is it a POP like a tire bursting, or a knocking, or a tapping?

Some possibilities are ball joint knock, loose wheel nuts, etc. I had a brake caliper rattle once and it drove me crazy. That sounds like a pop.

Maybe you have something lodged in your tyre...
