BBK Throttel body problem (TPS Sensor fit-ment)

I Bought a HSR and it came with a BBK 58mm TB, after swapping most of the parts, i get to the TPS and see that it is different from my stock piece...on my stocker it had a space between the TB side the and the sensor which was raised by molded spacing, and had an extension which activated the switch. now on the BBK its all smooth for a mounting surface, and there is no extension on the TB blades to activate the TPS like the stocker did....so i am stuck, please help...the car is a MAF 1988 GTA W/ 350 in it. as for the TB info, i am about to tear it apart to find any numbers for it...

thanx

dave

I'm kinda starting to think it maybe an LT1 TB rather than the TPI...but am unsure if that would be it or not
