A/C unstable..
i just paid 800$ for new compressor,
retrofitted and refilled refrigiant all the way,
with new a/c clutch switch that solved my problem(ac didnt turn on basically)
now the ac turns on, but i have to kinda move my ac switch tricky until
my vent flow some airs.
the cold air is always coming out of the front dash cover hole,
but it takes some attempts and luck until i get air flowing out the vents.
and sometime i go over a bump or something and it turns on and off.
considering i do have cold air constantly from the dashpad,
is this bad connection in the a/c switch thing?
should i take the unit out and just clean the connector or something?
any1 had this problem before?
its startin to get really hot and im tired of playing around with my switch,
thanks in advance!!

Mine has been doing it off and on lately its been okay, but once in awhile it will blow out of the defroster ducts instead of the vents.Like you said I have to play with it.If you remove the panel it shoudl be vacuum operated not electrical.Sometimes the switch is just worn out behind the panel it directs vacuum to the correct air pod that controls the vent selection.Sometime you will hear a hissing sound from behind the panel when turning it off or on.I havent been behind mine yet to check it out cause its been working okay. Its possible you might have a stuck air pod(dont know the correct name)and when you hit a bump it loses vacuum.

mine used to be occasional,
now its not.. so u watchout too it might happen more and more lol
it looks like when i kind of push down on the switch unit(just push it u know)
it tends to blow air. but again over the bump sometime it shuts off.
not to mention the ac only flows air out when i switch to "MAX",
it never works anywhere else, BI-LEV and NORMAL.

Defrost is the default. You have a vac leak somewhere. Mine was in the switch itself (the one where the vac harness at the rear of the HAVC controls attaches). You might consider a
