Valve Seals?

Im going to do my vavle seals on my 89 5.0L Do you guys have any recomendations on the style or brand of seals?

Axle/Gears: 10 bolt, true-trac, 3.73
Got rope?
Remember; you can't push rope. Unless you're doing valve seals, then "they" let you. +1 to the felpros. I think they're viton or something. They fit on stock guides and stop the burning oil.

Felpro positive

These are what I used for both intake and exhaust. From Advance auto.
