I was driving on the interstate car running great. I floored it to pass someone and it downshifted but didnt go. I didnt think anything of it really. On the way home it did the same thing one time. I put it and neutral and it was rough and wouldnt rev pass 4200-4500. I reved it a few more times and then it would rev fine and take off and if i had it in gear. I just got home now so dont know if it is still going to do it again. Any ideas as what the problem could be? I had no trouble codes. Im thinking maybe the fuel pressure, since every once in awhile after running it wont start cause the fuel pump wont prime. I usually take out the ecm fuse and put it back in and then the pump will prime just fine.

 

Fuel Pump relay perhaps? I had the MAF Burnoff relay go out awhile ago so maybe its about time for the fuel pump relay to go out also.
