Block filler
When you use block filler is it necessary to have the block re-bored afterwards (does the filler warp the cylinders when it sets)?

Normally the block is filled before any machining is done. I don't know if it would distort the bores all that much, but it would be easy enough to check with a bore gauge. If it did, it probably wouldn't be anything that honing couldn't fix.

Personally, I'd "guess" that if the filler expanded when it set it should simply expand a little into the unfilled area ...but it never hurts to check. It's conceivable that the top layer of filler could set first and cause the lower layer to distort when it sets afterwards. Anyone have any experience with Hard Blok?
