1991 camaro with a 5.0 TBI ECM 1228746 ANTT

swapped out the bad roller cam for a traditional cam and flat tappet lifters with 7.8" push rods.
goofed when i ordered the wrong cam from Summitracing..SUM-K1106
Plugs are fouling out bad..and basically won't idle on it's own..holding the throttle down above 1000RPM will idle but RPM jumps up and down at times climbing all the way up to 3500RPM staying there and then gradually coming back down.
Question is is there any way to get this cam to work in this engine?
I have Tuner Pro RT and WinALDL but for some reason can't get either to pull any data from the ALDL link.
So the only info i have to go on is the stock bin which i pulled the info from using my eprom burner.
can anyone tell me if this cam will work and if so what i need to change roughly to get this thing to idle until i can figure out why i can't pull any info from the link..or could create a bin that will give me a starting point to make the adjustments a bit easier.
