Can I aftermarket Cam affect the TACH reading?
Well, pretty easy question. I swapped an L03 for a Modified L98 setup. The cam is not huge but noticable by far. Can an aftermarket bump stick affect the Tach reading mine jumps a little after my swap.

I used the coil from my L03, do you think it would be causing the tach to jump up? Are the coils that much different other than fastening brackets? Should I start with the coil then because my distributor is brand new?
