in my state, they do not have visual inspection, if i remove my air system, will my emissions still pass?

i have heard of stock 305 and 350 engines and such passing with no problme when all of the parts on it are in very good condition and/or new and all properly tuned yes its very possible and has been done many times i know

engnies run very clean when parts are nice and when its totally stock, but its mostly all in the carb

a nice remanufactured q jet carb if its a sbc engne will do the trick if the engine is in real nice shape lower miles and everything


also keeping it at the right temperature will help quite a bit too, engines tend to change emissions output at different temperatures i forget which temperatures cause which emissions contents
