Thats kind of a loaded question but if the motor is properly balanced I have seen stock rods and cast pistons in a 383 go 500hp but I don't know what kind of dependability you would have.400hp is very easy though.Stock pistons could go 500 but anything over 400 I would go forged, rods can usually go 400+ and cast cranks run in 500hp motors all the time. The motor will probably want to be reved no higher than 6000rpm for dependability. If a motor is properly balanced stock parts will do fine for 400+hp

It largely depends on "which" 350, how the engine has been maintained and how many miles on it. I have seen all of the above fail with less than 200 HP due to excessive wear or lack of maintenance.
For the sake of argument let's take a perfectly maintained 350 with
30,000 miles.
OEM cast crank will take close to 400 HP. The steel crank about 450.
OEM connecting rods come in 2 or more flavors:
Hi-perf engine rods will take close to 450. Standard rods about 350.
OEM Pistons come in many flavors also:
Hi-perf forged pistons can push close to 500. Standard cast pistons about 350 under ideal conditions.
So if you were to put Nitrous (and I know this is what this is about) on a 350 out of a 81 pickup it would make about 360 HP as it scattered parts on the ground.
If you did the same with a 350 from a '69 corvette it could make 450 HP without a problem.
So you can see why there is no simple answer to your question.
Any 350 is somewhere between:
Hi-perf and low-perf.
Well maintained and neglected.
Nearly new and totally worn out.
Are ya' confused yet?
Well this is what i mean, there are so many vurailbiles
but i have a 97 vortec short block under 50k out of a truck, i put new rings an bareings in, the parts i plan to use should boost me around
400+hp 450+TQ im not running NOS hahaha, but good guess just a good old N/A small block,
