Too low a stall.
This question is for a friend who is buying a car:
He's buying a 3rd gen TA with a carbed built 350.
The car requires a stall of around 3000+ but its tranny took a dump and the new one has a stall of around 2000, he can't afford to get the new stall yet and wants to know what "damage or loss of power" he should expect.
The tranny is a 700r4.

a very poor response below the recommended stall speed, but should be able to drive it, just don't expect it to run as well as it can.
