Engine Code 44 or 45 I think - Rich Exhaust

Hey guys. I have a 89 305 TPI. I've gotten a engine code which tells me that it's code 44 or 45 (I can't remember which number) but I know it's rich exhaust. The engine light comes on into 5-15 min of driving which makes me believe it's the oxygen sensor but car also idles very rough sometimes which makes me believe it's the TPS sensor.

What do you guys think?

Also, is there 1 oxygen sensor or 2 being 1 on each manifold?

Thanks guys.

Axle/Gears: good question...
Mine did that. I replaced the o2 sensor with a cheap one. It cleaned the idle up, and the gas mileage got better, but the SES light still comes on when at cruising speed on the freeway.
