How did you route the alternator for 25". I thought it drove the water pump too? Could you tell me how you routed them both?

CJ

::EDIT::
I guess I should mention what I'm looking for...I pulled the pulleys/brackets off of an '83 z28, but the belts were already off when I got to them! I plan on only running the alternator, power steering pump, and of course the water pump.

the last three numbers of the belt part number is the length in inches, for example 490 at the end of the part number is 49.0"

and so on

alt-crank-WP

and PS pump-crank

is how it goes

different lengths sometimes for different years/styles of p/s pump setups,

have to be careful, GM was good about using different bracket setups over the years/decades

the following is looked up for an 86 camaro 2.8L at napa:

Thanks for the info! The pullies/brackets I pulled off the '83 are going onto the 350 that I'm putting into my car. I'm also using the alternator (not sure of amps) and power steering pump that came on the '83. The car will not have an air pump or ac.

I think I read somewhere else on here to use 44.5" belts for both, but then again I'm not sure. If I bolt it all to the engine I can use a rope or something to get the length right?
