Oil control during hard braking need advice !

I am going to rebuild my 1989 L98 so i need advice for the oil pan setup to handle oil during braking what pan should i get or is there anything i can do to the original pan setup.
I have a windage tray already that i will install during rebuild will that be enough or can i do more to correct this problem !?
If someone have any specific part number for a good aftermarket oil pan(Milodon/Moroso etc)it would be nice and other parts to match.
The car is used sometimes on roadcourses and short sprint tracks and oil pressure dips dangerously low offcourse during hard braking.

Thx Mats

A better alternative to keeping oil pressure up during racing is to install an oil accumulator. I use a 23900

<stupid questions>

is it difficult to add one of those on an otherwise stock setup?
and do you end up with more oil capacity? or do you stick with the same and just end up with alot less in the pan most of the time??

</stupid questions>

you want to add how ever much the accumulator holds, say it takes 5 quarts for an oil change & you have a 2 quart accumulator, you put in 7 quarts.
