stalls at stops, pulled codes, need advise.

well let me start at the begining of my 3rd gen issues... My car was running hot so i wired a switch into the ground wire on the fan relay, but I grounded the wrong relay. ended up grounding out my fuel pump relay and immediatly got a code 54 ses. yikes. repaced the oil pressure switch and wired in a momentary switch to use as a manual prime as I seem to have damaged the ECU to where it no longer kicks the fuel pump when you first turn on the key. cool. Car runs fine and is easy to start with my prime switch. that was a month ago...

last week it started dying every time it was at Idle for 30 secs or more after being driven about 15 mins or more. pulled codes again and now I had a code 33 ses. great, maf is bad.... so I got a new one and installed it and cleared teh codes. car ran great. hell the new maf seems to have gotten rid of my stumble from 2500rpm to 3500rpm at part throttle. but once again after running for a while it is dying at idle again. my town is 25 mph on the main street adn most people seem to drive 15 which is darn near Idle for my car. so It is continuously dieing on me. Pulled codes again, an have 33, 34 and 54. 33 and 34 are the same, MAF loos wire open or short in circut bad ECU. I know I fried part of my ECU with my fan switch fiasco and should be getting a new ECU in a bout a week, but Im confused as to why it just started dying on me. any ideas?

Im hoping its ECU, but due to the fact that It only happens after being drivin I am wondering if it is heat that is causing it to fail, such as the Ignition Control module.

I guess Im looking for thoughts a to how to narrow it down before I buy the ECU. I knowi need to, but the money just hasent been there to get one.

help?

Please?

Check your MAF sensor burnoff relay. The same thing was happening to me.

well I got my new ECM today and opened up the old one. wow. when I grounded the fuel pump relay I guess I kinda fried part ofthe ECM. there was a few components that were actually blown apart and a small hole burned straight through the PCB board, and marks about 4 inches long that looked like scorch marks from a fire.

But the new ECM is installed along with a new MAF and the car is running smoother than she ever has for me.
