what cam? 87 tpi 5.7

just looking for some suggestions on which cam to use for a 355 tpi.mild head work,10.5 comp, stock intake cleaned up,headers with single no cat.

What size is your exhaust? What ring gear ratio do you have? auto or stick? What are you looking to do with the engine?

i have 3.73, 2500 stall covertor ,3.5" exhaust,i just want more performance,i will upgrade chip also.it'ss a auto matic

Do you have anything you're looking at right now? I went with the Comp XFI 268H, and I have a very similar setup to your vehicle. I don't have it together yet, so I can't tell you how I like the cam yet.
