How much cam with stock stall?

Axle/Gears: 4.30
How much cam with stock stall?
Just curious on this one but....how much cam(in duration) can one go on a stock stall do ya'll recommend? I was told by comp that the 224/230 would be the most I could go in my 383 HSR. Would a 227/233 be ok? Anybody else got some insight?

I doubt 3* will make much difference, all else being equal... what are the rest of the cam specs?
