ok now i cant move my car

i just got done installing a 406 in my iroc which originally was a 305/5spd. I retained the 5speed, but had to install a 1/8 thick balancer plate to acommodate teh 400 (externallybalanced) with the neutral balanced 305/350 flywheel. everything else trans wise is stock new slave and master, and bled, and bled, and bled, and bled

I cannot disengage the clutch. I can start the car in gear, but it wont come out of gear and the car barely tries to move. is the clutchassy moved farther back into the trans affecting teh function of the slave cyl? do i need a shorter pushrod since the fork is pushed closer to the slave cylinder and the stock length rod is putting pressure on the slave? i installed a 1/8 longer rod and had no affect on the condition

help please, i want to drive this thing, its been too long

thanks

Engine: Usually
Transmission: Sometimes
Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
I doubt that the "pork chop" weight is causing the problem.

Which way did you assemble the throwout to the fork?

i did not remove the throwout bearing from the fork, everything except for the flywheel and the 1/8 inch spacer/counterweight for the crank arre different. everything else is the same. still got the same clutch and all that was originally in the car.

What kind of pilot bearing or bushing did you use in your new crank? Did the trans fit into it gracefully?

its gotta be just barely engaged because it barely moves the car when started in gear.
