L03 Low Idle

I was wondering what the l03's are supposed to idle at, mine idles around ~460rpm after it warms up, and then it sounds like the exhaust is hitting the car at stop lights, i was thinking my timing might be a lil off becuase it also drags out a little when cold starting any ideas?

I think the idle should be about 600 RPM, that's what mine has always been. Retarded timing may cause that, has it ever been checked?

I was gonna check it but in the move the bulb in my timing light broke somehow, i just never got back round to it cuz it runs good, but i always figured the timing was a lil off, also i couldnt get that damn bolt off on the dist. to turn it at all
