wats the easy way to get the rear main seal out
easiers way to get the rear main seal out? should i use a screw driver and hamer or a pick set. it a 1 peice bye the way.

Since you're going to replace it anyway, it really doesn't matter. A pick/hook is the finesse method, with probably less chance of damage to the crank or seal carrier/bore.
Mind the direction of the dust lip so you can match the orientaiton of the new seal.

you say its a one piece rear main, why don't you just unbolt the plate that the seal presses into, then do it. I believe its 4 bolts and 2 oil pan bolts. Makes it much easier.
