anyway to make this trans work

i have v6 trans i bought and v8 engine. see the problem. anyway to make the v6 trans work. i was thinks about using a v8 clutch and a v6 clutch dish. wat you think?

You could make it work, but it's probably not really worth the effort.

ive already spent all this money on this trans. can you just a v8 spine and put it on?

I don't remember the details, but a search should turn it up. Ultimately though you'll just be wasting even more money. You'd be better off trying to sell it to get your money back and then finding a V8 transmission.

The "sunk cost" fallacy....

Just because you've already made one bad decision, doesn't mean that it's smart to continue down that wrong path. It's no different from taking a wrong turn on your way to go somewhere. When you realize you screwed up, turn around and go back. Keeping on going the wrong way won't get you any closer to where you actually want to go.

Sell it to "the greater fool" (yes there REALLY IS a greater fool even than ME) and get the right thing. It'll save you time, money, and effort in the long run. And maybe even the not-so-long run.
