so yesterday i took my car down to have a tire changed an when they put it on a lift 'it picked the car up by frame' now when i'm driving i can hear something thumping lightly under the rear hump between the back seats. Anyone ever heard of anything like this? What could possibly be causing this thats under there? I have a slight exhaust rattle as well.
