Ignition Problem

I have a 87 camaro, when i turn the key forward there is no beeping noise or the gauges don't zero out. Its like the batterys dead, i put a new battery, but did not do nothing. all the lights work. I already swaped out two electronic ignition switchs and still nothing works. Is there a realy to the ignition wireing or any other thing that causes a short, i have not installed anything electronical. If so does anyone have a diagram or picture on how to fix this. Please help!!!!

Some off the starter. Have you checked your regular fuses as well as your actual connections to the block and starter?
