what does it mean when your car shuts off randomly, doesnt throw up a check engine light, you have massive oil leaks from the oil pan, oil pressure sending unit and rear seal? o yeah and shoots the oil dipstick out?

sounds like way too much oil pressure... caused by "blow by" or way to much oil.... is there oil shooting out of the dipstick?

piston rings are shot? But I was short 2-3 quarts of oil how could I be overdoing the oil?? I am not trying to argue just trying to understand
----------
There was some oil that was sprayed on the passenger side of the engine compartment

Replace your PCV valve (or get one if you don't have it) and it will likely help the situation alot, if not fix it completely.

Change your PCV valve... one of its PRIMARY PURPOSES is to help ring seal. Put one in.
Jesus. Take it to a mechanic. Guys doesnt the ECM shut down the engine if it detects low oil pressure? PCV valve is not gonna help the random shut downs. How long did you run it 3 quarts low? You drive around with a leaky pan and rear main?

as far as i know the ecm will NOT shut down with low oil pressure as i have broken the pressure sensor and had to drive it to napa for a new one and a PCV will help with random shutdowns caused by blow by which is what this sounds like except for the oil leaks which were either caused by this problem or were already there and have worsened because of this...

PCV valve helps the rings to seal properly. Thats what they are there for (among other things). The engine was built with certain parts and specs assuming there would be a PCV valve in the mix. Put in a new PCV valve. If it doesn't work, you are out maybe $5 and a few minutes time, so whats there to lose?

what ab a rubbing/metal on metal noise from the engine? that just popped up.
Also there is smoke coming out of the dipstick shaft once I remove the dipstick.
and my oil pressure hasnt gone below 20psi, even at idle. highest was 45ish when i first start the car.

Shutting off randomly could be all sorts of things from a bad MAF to a bad ground. Trying to guess with the crap you provided is about the same as me just making up a problem for you to fix.
Start by doing a bloody compression test and see what you get. Fix the oil leak and then go from there.

took a look at the grommet for the pcv valve....looked like it was shredded. went to advance auto and got a replacement the pcv valve fits snugly now, didnt drive it tonight bc so late but will drive around tomorrow and will see if still leaks and will fix leaks then.
