Looking up GM p/n?

Im trying to find a place where I can look up the part numbers off of an older chevy frame. It has an 82 camaro body, but the frame looks to be and older blazer frame, with 10 bolts front and rear, and an NP 205 T-case. Anyone know where I can run the numbers, find the vin, or just have a clue as to what year and what vehicle the frame came from? The numbers are as follows:

Drivers side: 14072633
5 170 3 (S) 722

Passenger side: 14072634
5 199 3 (S) 722

Thanks for any and all help!!!
