Engine: 305(LB9) TPI

Transmission: T-5

Axle/Gears: Borg-Warner 3.42

305TPI to 350TBI swap?

Got a guy wanting to trade me a 1994 350TBI with 134K on it. How easy would it be to swap my current TPI onto the 350 and into my GTA?
I would rebuild the 350 first
