Vibration and knocking sound at highway speeds

1990 Firebird
LO3 with 180,xxx miles
700R4

Things I have tried/checked:
front wheel bearings
front brake rotors/calipers/pads
front tires balanced and rotated

I only feel it through the floorboard. It does not transmit through the steering wheel.

Any help is appreciated
