Really debating new lifters and pushrods

Well guys, my LO3 is coming up on 180,000 miles soon and I have a feeling that the roller rockers needed other new stuff to work properly. I think my pushrods are mushroomed because when I tighten a rocker, the puhrod will spin free then at some point get touch, then spin free again. I know that fresh valvetrains dont do this. Also I figure if I am swapping intakes anyway I should tackle this because I wanna start fresh. The roller rockers keep coming loose because they will be tight on one part of the pushrod, but if it spins any, the lash is thrown off.

So guys what do you say about some summit roller lifters and some comp cams stock length pushrods? CCA-7808-16 pushrods?

If they are roller lifters, you probably do not need new ones. Just remove them and clean them up in some paint thinner or kerosene. Soak them and try to get as much oil out as possible.

Then soak them in oil just as you would brand new lifters.

Pushrods are cheap, might as well replace them.

Is it just me, or does 7.195" sound a bit too short?

remove the pushrods and roll them on a flat plate of glass.
I'll bet some are bent.
