Well i have a fan that is jerry rigged so you have to put the wire into the battery and one night i left it in, so i jumped it with the cables, and it worked, so then i drove it for like a day then i havnt driven it for a week, now im trying to start it again and i have let it get jumped for like 25 minutes and still all that happens is i will turn it and a really faast clicking noise will sound and when i look out my window i can see that the little fan shaped object of the drive belt isnt turniong, but this morning be fore i tried again in the afternooon it turned, do i need a new starter, or something?
