Factory Crankcase Vent System

It's been so long since my motor had the factory valve covers on it that I forgot what the passenger side valve cover breather did. Is it a PCV? I know it went to the throttle body but does it just pull vacuum under load?

Any help is appreciated.

My car it's on the drivers side, and it should pull whenever there is vacuum, mostly anytime except full throttle.

Mine originally had the PCV on the drivers side. My question is in regard to the passenger side breather that connects to the throttle body.
