My Smog Pump Bolt Wont Come Off!!!

I tried taking my smog pump off today and one of the bolts is seemed to be wedged on the pulley pretty good. I have tried a cheater bar and of course i left the belt on there. There just isnt enough tension on the pulley to keep it still. I have tried holding the pulley with my hand. Any suggestions would be most helpful or i will just i have to live with that parasitic device.

Put one of the other bolts back in the pulley - maybe both of the other ones - then use them with rachets (or wrenches) as a hold against the one your trying to remove. The others will tighten really tight, but since you got them out before, chances are you can get them out again. I had one that was a PITA too, and this worked for me (along with a shot of PB Blaster and the time to let it soak in).
