Quick Vacuum Question

I have a crate engine in what use to be a 1985 tpi firebird, we put regular holley carb and hei vacuum advance distributor. Carb had the vacuum advance port for distributor and the full manifold vacuum port where I put the hvac for the vent of the a/c in. Now I have the windshield whiper motor that has a solenoid with two what looks like vacuum ports. I just wanted to know if it was nessesary to feed the whiper motor vacuum, it's seams to work ok during the test . . . .

No, no vacuum.

Those are for windshield washer fluid. There are 3 of them on the washer pump: one (larger) to feed the fluid from the reservoir to the pump, and 2 (smaller) to go to the squirters.
