My 1991 camaro 305 tbi 5 speed is leaking oil out of the pcv valve.I was told by the people who changed my oil i have either bad compression ring or burnt valve. Somtimes after i shut the car off then start it it has a real loose or spongy pedal and it has little power, mostly when i hear a ticking noise like a blown header gasket, but not as loud.Does any of this sound right and what do i need to do?The car has 183,000 miles.
