Hard to take good pictures when its pitch black out but these should get you started. Also, these are of a 350ci TPI, yours could be different?
EGR to the intake manifold between the runners on the driver's side:

Top port on the throttle body goes to the PCV Valve. Also, in the bottom of the picture you see the heater control valve. This gets vacuum from one of the vacuum hookups near the bottom of the distributor.

Bottom port on the Throttle Body goes to the valve in the next picture, not sure what it's called. Note: there is a third port below the two vacuum lines on the throttle body, coolant runs through this from the heater valve, I have mine bypassed because I never drive in cold temperatures.

This valve is hooked to the canister right behind the drivers side headlight. The smaller of the two connections towards the rear of the car on this valve gets vacuum from the other port near the bottom of the distributor.

The Forward most port on the rear of the plenum gets hooked to the fuel pressure regulator, the port behind it is for HVAC, mine is plugged off, not sure where this should be hooked to.

Here's a blurry *** vacuum diagram you can try to read if you like:
