I would call that a parts car...unless it is a rare Bird and warrants a lengthy and expensive resto.
BTW, this thread really doesn't belong in the feedback section.

yeah..,.. that car neeeds EVERYTHING
the only plusses going for it is that its a good color, and if none of the rust is through the body,
but id say thats about a 200 dollar car,
tops,
if even that much,
parts are removed/missing,
it probably doesnt run,
its been sitting for god knows how many years untouched and so who knows what parts are frozen locked up in it,
its pretty rusty, although i have commonly seen worse down here that pppl daily drive, but its still not a good thing,
its basiclaly scrap metal and only someone with a TON of cash on hand needs to get it because thats what its going to take to make it run and make it halfway "decent"
and evne then youl end up at best with a half done car that is a heavy pig and has crappy suspension, and some(alot) of other issues,
ive taken better hape trans ams second gen to the shredder, took a gold 6.6L one to the shredder last fall and it wasnt near this bad of condition at all, and it was a 3.08 posi one, didnt evne save the axle, no one wants second gen stuff these days, they arent worth anything anymore, but of course third gen stuff isnt worth much more still yet, demand for F body parts has gone down the drain in the last two or three years, except for a few items
good luck
