1989 camaro rs battery not charging
well i have a problem yesterday my battery was dead so i took it to test it was good so then is my battery not chrging in my car wat can the problem be any help appreciate it thanks

Engine: 2.8L V6 MPFI
Transmission: Beat to heck 700R4
K, tested on the machine is great - Look to the other side of your electrical system - the alternator. Make sure its plugged in, make sure all the wires are on your starter (thats where the positive battery terminal connects to the rest of the car, including the alternator. Ground is accomplished through the frame.)

When this happens 99.9% of the time you need a replacment plug-in for the alternator. All parts stores should carry this in the electrical isle.

I guess I have the honor of being 0.1%. My same
problem turned out to be a corroded junction block
where the alternator power output connects into the
main power circuit. Located in close proximity to
the battery, hence the corrosion problem. Good luck.
