Fuel Injected 383ci., LT1 Intake, Trickflow 195cc heads 62cc combustion chamber , Comp cams 230/236 cam, Hooker super comp headers, 9.5:1 compression, Fast chip mail in tune, 3 inch flowmaster exhaust. Also what could you expect to put on the ground with a setup like this running through a TH-350 Transmission with a 3500 stall and a 12 bolt with 3.73 gears??

Maybe 340 to the rear wheels. But I see three problems. You are leaving 20 horsepower on the table with the 9.5:1 compression instead of going to at least 10.5:1. You also need to find our what your dynamic compression ratio is.
Fast Chip mail order tune. You need a custom tune for max power and drivability. Last the flowmaster muffler. They are good for sound only. Get a Magnaflow or Dynomax.
Fix those items and you should see well over 370RWHP if your exhaust is up to par.
How well is the LT1 intake going to match up to the Trickflow heads?
