need help getting serpent belt and tensioner back on!

Axle/Gears: ??
need help getting serpent belt and tensioner back on!
i had to get a new tensioner and belt and i cant get the the belt to strech enough to go around all pulleys! is there an easier way to put it back on?

the routing is right as it shows on my hood!if i had about 3/4 of an inch more of belt it would go but it seems like it isnt long enough!
