Best way to remove engine wiring harness?

Hey guys, ive had my Megasquirt installed and running for over 3 months now. I am going to be putting on my Stealth Ram tomorrow. Currently i have my factory wiring harness just laying on the passengers side strut tower area.

I have not took it out yet because i still want to keep my gauges working properly and i also see that there are heavy red power lines running through it. I would like to keep the stock harness intact because i want to throw the whole TPI setup on ebay/craigslist, as i am sure someone else could use it.

What is the best method of removal while keeping the car functional?

Thanks for the help!
