Well, some of you guys know that I port intake manifolds as a side job. I have decided that I no longer have time for it so I eventually will like to share how I do what I did.
Mdenz3 was my last customer and here is an intake I completely redid for him.
This is an LT1 intake he wanted a port job and refurbishment done.





The first coat I did on his intake was a bright silver... I decided It would look better red and Mdenz3 went for it too.

That was for a customer... The TBI intake is the intake I am going to use to show you how to refurbish them.
