whats to high for use Compression

whats to high for street use and what ratio u need race feul is 12 to 1 to high and its not a daily driver

Axle/Gears: moser 9" 4.11
yes you can get away with 10.5:1 on iron heads with the proper camshaft lift and duration. Anything higher is typically 100+ octane

Yea, 12:1 means you're going to be mixing up your own race gas in your garage every time you want to drive it. It'll cost a fortune to drive.
