Transmission: 700R4 Both Cars
Axle/Gears: 3.23 Posi.. 4 wheel disc both cars
Another Da** belt question.
Has anyone out there got rid of both the AC, and the smog pump on a TBI motor, and ran just the power steering pump, and altanator??? I want to use no deleltye pulleys, and maybe even get rid of the stock tensioner.....Maybe move the altenator.....If so, I would really like to see some pics...I bet it would really clean up the under hoood area...Thanks, Tom

how would you keep the belt from slipping after it got warm and stretched?

Well back in the old days you used the alternator to tighten the belt, not sure if that would work on this setup tho....
