Car: 95 MC Z34, 93 Caprice LTZ L05
Engine: 3.4 DOHC, 5.7L TBI
Transmission: Auto, 700R
Axle/Gears: ???, 3.08
Help with spark plugs
I wanted to know since I have an MSD coil, wires, and distributor should I gap the plugs at factory specifications or do I need to up the gap, I have 1988 Iroc w/ 305 TPI engine.

You don't "need" to widen the gap, but you probably "can" widen the gap.

no need to, its not going ot improve anything
.045 is way plenty
do other things such as larger wires, 454 module, etc
the goal is a nice white hot spark
in which the stock system and wires provide when in good conditon
aftermarket ignition parts and such are overrated imho
