New to Injection
I recently bought a 89 ta i came with a 305 tpi that was tossed for a 350tpi. it had timing problems but i have that dialed in now. From time to time it gets a real up and down idle. Checked the codes and got a 13 32 and 42. Its also a little hard startimg always takes 3 times to start. do these codes mean anything together to anyone? I checked out all of my vac lines and canister and all apeared well.

Re: New to Injection
clear the codes and see what returns.bases on your description and present codes,it sounds like the egr valve is sticking sometimes

Re: New to Injection
Ok i got into further investigation and found that the egr vac wasn't hooked up. i changed it aroound to what seemed correct to me. The line for this runs from ported vac. at the TB back to some contraption to the left of the distributor then back to the egr valve is that correct? they for some reason had it running from ported vac at the tb to mannifold vac at the rear split so that i thought couldn't be correct. In doing so i got rid of all my codes but the 12, the car is using a ton of fuel so i don't think its lean given it dose have a very minor exaust leak ita after the mannifold so i don't think that would throw a lean code. Should i just change the O2 and hope for the best? god only knows the last time it was changed anyways! Thanks for any input i want to be sure i have these vac lines correct.
