My 305 runs great, the only issue is when I drive it then shut it off the fuel boils in the carb and leaks into the intake making for a hard start with smoke. I have removed the hood and used a spacer plate under the carb but it has not helped. The engine runs at 185-205 depending how hard i drive it.
