Where do these 2 wires go?

There are 2 wires that T-off the wiring harness behind the engine, and they drop down behind the engine in a metal tube. One is a thicker wire with a large-ish ring terminal, and there is a pair of smaller wires that terminate togother in a shared smaller ring terminal.

I already have the large starter wire coming from the battery located. Do both of these go to the starter? One to the large lug, and the other to the small terminal "S" for Solenoid? Or is there another single wire somewhere that goes to "S"?

Thanks!

My vote would be for the starter. The metal tube is to protect the wires from the heat of the exaust system. There have been instances of the wires becomming chaffed in the metal tube and shorting out. Not good so check. In the later models the wires are rerouted and the metal tube eliminated.

I hooked them up to the starter and it worked so I guess that was them haha. That metal tube pissed me off, I didn't end up bolting it back in, but just kind of wedged it in there...it ain't going anywhere.
